It is no secret how much I love Instagram. It would, 100%, be my social media outlet of choice if I could only have just one. One of the many reasons I love it, is the community I have been creating through it. I have connected with & reached people & started to develop online relationships with people, I otherwise never would have stumbled across.
Back in August, I scrolled past a 31 Day blogging challenge through Crystal Stein. As I looked into it deeper I knew it was a fantastic opportunity to really develop a habit of blogging & writing. So I signed up…but of course I did not go at it alone, I convinced a few fellow bloggers to go along for the ride- you can check those ladies out here & here.
For the last month, I have been brain storming on what write & what direction to go. Since this blog is so multifaceted, I didn’t want to do 31 days of recipes, or devotionals, or product reviews; so you will see all those things. For the most part here is what you can expect: A weekly (5 post) series digging into James 1-5, a weekly digging devotional (I will explain that more on the first one), recipes & meal ideas, book & product reviews, & a few miscellaneous ramblings of things that just have to be shared [one of those have-to-share-things is kicking off the October Series tomorrow…so have your iTunes account ready to go].
I am so excited about what the next 31 days will bring & I am glad to have you along for the ride. Please feel free to comment, share, participate, ask questions– my hope through out October is to really build a community. My prayer for October is that I can meet you right where you are with exactly what God needs you to hear. I can’t wait to see what God is going to do in October…I am so excited. Be sure to check back here everyday for all of October or just bookmark this post & check back here. As posts go live, I will link them below as well as some awesome topics from other #write31days bloggers.
See you back here tomorrow lovelies.
